Nate Brown
Premium Sales Manager
"I initially became a part of the Trail Blazer organization as a college intern working with the Group Sales department back in 2006. After my four month internship was completed, I was fortunate enough to get hired on as an Inside Sales Representative. I really enjoy the Sales aspect of the industry and have since been promoted to a Premium Sales Manager. I couldn’t be happier with the direction of my career and love that my organization is so passionate about the team and community! Who wouldn’t like to talk about the Trail Blazers all day…and get paid for it!"

Sarah Mensah Chief Operations Officer
" When I was first asked to consider coming to the Trail Blazers, I was very excited. However, I must admit, I had limited knowledge of the business of sports. Nevertheless, as a native Oregonian who was passionate about my Trail Blazers, I took the leap. My first job was to sell sponsorships. I was offered a small salary and a great list of prospects to call on…. THE PHONE BOOK. Very quickly I came to realize that I had discovered my calling in life. There is a difference between a career and a job. They say you know you are in a career when it doesn’t feel like work. I can honestly say that the entire time I’ve been a Trail Blazer it has never felt like work. Whether we were building a new arena, as we were when I first started, or opening up a new ancillary business, such as our own cable channel or airport advertising concession, or saving the team and business operation from certain peril, there has always been an unbelievable and captivating purpose behind it all. That sense of purpose continues today as the team drives toward the return of Rip City and days of Blazer mania. We work together, but we are truly family and we’re committed to something bigger than ourselves. That is what drives us. I hope that anyone who considers working here knows that they’re signing up to be part of something special."
