Check out some of the Optimist's
collection of classics spanning three years (2003-05).
The Optimist takes a lighthearted look at the bright side of the Cavaliers season. He predicted the Wine and Gold to go 82-0 at the beginning of the season and hasn't stopped since. The Optimist makes an appearance before every Cavaliers game and on random occasions.
Remember, all the Optimist ever asks of Cavaliers fans is two things...
One, is to ask yourself a simple question: WHY NOT? The second is to KEEP THE FAITH. Neither require manual labor.

December 2 - Seattle Sonics
When the Cavaliers do arrive in the Emerald City, there will be a hostile crowd awaiting them. Those Seattle folks are geeked up on coffee 24-7, and when you bring TheBron to town, it only lathers them up all-the-more. Personally I happen to love the city of Seattle. It’s beautiful and clean and interesting. The people are among the friendliest and most sophisticated in the country. That’s why it pains me so to tell them that my beloved Cavaliers are going to destroy their Sonics tonight at Key Arena. I’m sorry. I really am.
